Kyra is a Calgary born, Texas raised makeup artist that is consistently active in the local Alberta scene taking part in fashion shows, magazine publications, injury simulation with the Canadian military and allied armed forces, and her own personal clients.

Kyra primarily works in films ranging from award-winning shorts and music videos, corporate videos, and full-length features. She has 3 diplomas in makeup artistry including prosthetics and body painting. Her passions are horror, sci-fi, and fabricating.

Notable work includes Mayor Nenshi’s campaign, Shaw TV’s live presentation of Alberta Country Music Awards, head of department on Syfy’s feature film ‘Global Meltdown’, and RLD productions ‘Red Letter Day’. Fabrication for “Wynonna Earp” and Heartland’s spin-off “Hudson” Co-key on “Z” and makeup department on “Alive” and “A Boat Movie”.
